Acceptance and Consent
By using the PolyMind application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the application. These terms govern your use of the application and your account.
Account Creation
When creating an account:
- You must be over 13 years of age
- You must provide accurate and current information
- You must create a strong password
- You must keep your account information confidential
- You are responsible for the security of your account
Acceptable Use
When using our application, you CANNOT:
- Use for illegal activities
- Access other users' accounts
- Share spam or malicious content
- Manipulate or hack the system
- Harass other users
- Share copyrighted content without permission
- Use bots or automated systems
Subscription and Payment
Premium subscription:
- Sold with automatic renewal
- Continues unless you cancel
- Managed through App Store or Google Play Store
- Prices may change (with notification)
- Refund policy is subject to the platform rules (Apple/Google) where you purchased the subscription.
Intellectual Property
Application content belongs to NextSoft Labs:
- All texts, images, audio files
- Logo, design and interface
- Software code and algorithms
- Educational materials and content
You may not copy, distribute or use this content commercially without permission.
Disclaimer
PolyMind is provided "as is".
- No guarantee of uninterrupted operation
- Content accuracy is not guaranteed
- Learning outcomes vary by person
- Technical errors may occur
- We are not responsible for damages arising from your use of the application.
Account Termination
You can close your account at any time through one of the following methods:
1. In-App:
Go to Settings → Delete My Account within the application.
2. By Email:
Send a request to alemgirshams@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account".
Important Note on Subscriptions:
Deleting your account or uninstalling the application does NOT automatically cancel your Premium subscription. You must manually cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store settings to avoid future charges.
Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms of service
- Illegal activity is detected
- The account poses a security risk
Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms. Important changes will be notified via email, and the updated date will be specified. If you continue to use the application after changes, you accept the new terms.
