Information Collection and Use

This privacy policy applies to the PolyMind app for mobile devices that was created by NextSoft Labs as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Personal Data

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when creating your account, including:

  • Email address
  • Username
  • Password (encrypted)
  • Gender

Device and Usage Information

The Application also collects device and usage information:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
  • Device identifier and type
  • Operating system version
  • Features you access and their usage frequency
  • Crash logs and performance data

Microphone and Voice Data

PolyMind includes AI-powered speaking and listening features. When you use these features:

  • We request permission to access your device's microphone
  • Your voice input is processed by our AI service to provide pronunciation feedback and learning support
  • Voice data is processed securely and not stored permanently unless explicitly saved by you
  • You can disable microphone permissions at any time through your device settings

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy:

  • Google Play Services - For app distribution and in-app billing
  • AdMob - For displaying advertisements (anonymized data)
  • Firebase - For crash reporting and analytics
  • Unity - For game services and features

These service providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and secure.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide certain features. The AI components may process user data to deliver personalized content, recommendations, or automated functionalities. All AI processing is performed in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

Account Deletion and Data Loss

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and related personal data at any time.

In-App Deletion (Immediate):

When you use the "Settings > Delete My Account" option within the application, the action is performed immediately. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our servers. This action cannot be undone and data cannot be recovered.

Request via Email:

If you request account deletion via email (alemgirshams@gmail.com), your request will be processed manually as soon as possible (usually within 7 business days) after we receive it.

Warning:

Once the deletion process is complete, your learning progress, saved content, and account history will be permanently lost.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application is designed for users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider immediately at alemgirshams@gmail.com.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.

You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
